The green ambiance and fresh air were refreshing, and the staff, especially Muskan and Parampara, provided attentive service. Rooms were clean and tidy, and we enjoyed the wave pool and kayaking, although the food prices felt steep. a mixed experience that highlights the need for improvements.

The setting was absolutely perfect, close enough to the Woodpecker restaurant where breakfast is served, that food court and Ambey valley. My double room was a nice size on the 1st level. The breakfast was savoury and large, the check in was early...

A beautiful getaway with well-maintained chalets and lovely staff. The food can be pricey and not always up to par, but the water sports and serene surroundings provide a perfect escape. Just note that it's a bit spread out, so be ready for some travel between spots!

Aamby Valley City trip was a nice and pleasant experience for the entire family. The rooms were good and spacious. The food was excellent. The lush greenery and the nice atmoshpere are sure plus points. It is a good change for urban dwellers like me who spend their daily life in commuting and work. Good stress buster and would recommend others to experience the same.
The prices were on the higher side for all things. Would love if the rates were reduced atleast on the food.

The Hospitality is just awesome. It was a very nice stay and feel good for me & my wife. Will look forward for future stay at the Amby Valey.
The charges for In house activities is very high & also fooding is what was too much over priced.

It is not value for money with such a good location andinfrastructure the staff is not trained to handle guests in right way and tend to work erratically with no regard to guest needs and start from valet parking to operator taking instructions to housekeeping as well as room service not to mention the mercedes driver who disregard belting instructions and let the seat belt sign go on ringing and break the driving lanes and signals!! Most of the activities are not functional eventhough advertised and there is no clarity as to what should be doing and should ideally do Cleanliness is very poor and having luxurious rooms does mean it is best- hygiene and cleanliness is of utmost priority ABSOLUTELY A HORRIED EXPERIENCE WHERE WHEN YOU COMPLAIN PEOPLE COME BACK SAYING SORRY HOWEVER THERE IS NO SYSTEM TO LISTEN AND REGISTER AND TAKE ACTIONS. NEED A COMPREHENSIVE OVERHAUL OF TOTAL PLACE TO PUT IT INTO WORLDHOTELS CATEGORY!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVEN IF ITS FREE TO EVALUATE UNLESS YOU GO AROUND TO SEE THE NATURAL BEAUTY THAT IS ABUNDANT.A GOOD SCENIC LOCALE MISHANDLED WITH INEFFICIENCES

I had a fantastic stay at this fine resort! The views were amazing and the lush natural surroundings made it feel like a paradise. I loved the spacious room with its lovely balcony, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The amenities like the wave pool and golf course provided endless fun, and the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day. It's definitely a great getaway for nature lovers!

Location
It is not a standard 5 star hotel service, lack of information to describe or cover the existing facilities, housekeeping at its low grade, breakfast is poor, as a variety of food or the way its served.

We had a nice stay at aamby valley, thanks to the exemplary assistance from the staff, especially mr subhajit saha, who promptly addressed all our queries and planned our activities for the entire visit. the buffet breakfast at woodpecker restaurant was good, and the cozy aussie room accommodated our family comfortably, making our first experience enjoyable.
Poor service and maintenance issues 😞. would not recommend.

Review: The location of Aamby Valley City offers a picturesque backdrop, and the Burmese cottage provided ample space for relaxation. While some dining options can be hit or miss, the ambiance at Woodpecker Restaurant was commendable. buggy services to navigate the expansive grounds can lead to delays, somewhat affecting the overall experience. , rating: 7, date of stay: 2024-05-10}

The location was also perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions. my room was a different story; it had a musty smell that made me feel uneasy, and the cleanliness was far from satisfactory, with various insects roaming about. one of the three air conditioning units was not functioning properly, further detracting from my comfort.
Although not a major issue, it added to the overall feeling of neglect within the facility.
